La tres veces “All American” en el voleibol de la NCAA con la Universidad de Florida Internacional University (FIU) e integrante del equipo nacional mayor, la vegabajeña Yarimar Rosa, fue la primera selección del Sorteo de Jugadoras de la Liga de Voleibol Superior Femenino (LVSF) al ser escogida por las Criollas de Caguas.
Rosa, de 21 años de edad y 5’10” de estatura, fue premiada en múltiples ocasiones durante su participación en el voleibol colegial de la NCAA y luego de finalizar sus años de elegibilidad, podrá debutar finalmente en la LVSF.
Caguas también pidió dos veces más en la primera ronda escogiendo a Joedly Narváez (turno #4) y la experimentada líbero Lourdes Isern (turno # 6).
