En menos de 24 de que finalizara la temporada 2009 de la Liga de Voleibol Superior Femenino (LVSF), las Criollas de Caguas comenzaron a realizar cambios para el Torneo 2010.
Las Criollas adquirieron en cambio hoy, martes, 19 de mayo de 2009 a la experimentada colocadora del Programa Nacional, Glorimar Ortega, quien llegó hace unos días tras culminar su participación en la Liga Pro A de Francia.
Ortega junto a Jessenia Resto vestirán el uniforme de las Criollas en el 2010 mientras que, Vanessa Vélez y Lilly Denoon estará en Carolina.
El cambio fue aprobado por el Director de Torneo de la LVSF, Lcdo. Carlos Villa.
Caguas se eliminó en la serie de cuartos de final; y Carolina cayó en cuatro partidos en la semifinal ante las ahora campeonas nacionales Llaneras de Toa Baja.
